The Selected Poems of Wendell Berry by Wendell Berry

In this book the author gathers one hundred poems written between 1957 and 1996. Focusing on themes that have occupied his work for years - land and nature, family and community, tradition as the groundwork for life and culture - this collection celebrates the broad range of this vital and transforming author. 

Adults of all ages are invited to join Kris and Richard Gosnell on an exploration of Berry’s poetry.  We will meet on Friday, November 7th from 3:00 to 4:30 pm to discuss these works. The book club group size is limited, so please register with the library (814)398-2123.  As you read the book, please keep a short list of your favorite poems to share with the group.
