Richard Gosnell, Penn State Behrend astronomy lecturer and a Kripalu trained Mindful Outdoor Guide, will explain the basics of relaxing your mind for observing nature at twilight and the basics of viewing the stars of the night sky. He will also discuss the historical connection between Halloween and astronomy. The group will take some time to watch the darkening sky and listen to the patterns of the forest at twilight.
